Kynzen Labs LLC provides business and operational consulting to people building telehealth and compounded therapy practices.

We are not a law firm and we do not practice law. We are not a medical practice and we do not practice medicine. We do not provide tax advice. Nothing on this site, in an application response, or on a call is legal, medical, or tax advice, and engaging us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Every corporate structure, agreement, and policy we help you assemble must be reviewed by licensed counsel in your jurisdiction before you execute it, and any clinical decision belongs to a licensed clinician.

The tiers and prices shown describe typical engagements. They are a starting point for a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the application does not create an engagement, and neither does a call.

An engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs, not this page. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Certification, licensure, banking, payment processing, and pharmacy relationships are decisions made by independent third parties applying their own criteria. We prepare you for those decisions and we have been through them ourselves. We do not control them and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any of them.

Timelines describe realistic medians from past work. They depend on how fast you return documents and on how fast third parties move, and neither is something we control.

Nothing here is a promise of revenue, patient volume, or business results.

Rules governing telehealth, prescribing, and compounded medications differ by state, differ by therapy category, and change. Anything we tell you is accurate as of when we say it and is not a substitute for a legal opinion from counsel licensed where you operate.

You are responsible for the compliance of the business you own.

That the information you put in the application is accurate, that you have the authority to discuss the business you are describing, and that you will not send patient information or protected health information through this site.

That you will not use this site to break the law, and will not attempt to access the administrative area.

The content of this site belongs to us. Templates, checklists, and documents delivered inside a paid engagement are licensed to you for that business under the terms of the signed agreement, and are not for resale or redistribution.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from this site or from any engagement is limited to the fees you actually paid us, and we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses. Where a signed agreement sets a different limit, that agreement controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
