What we collect, and what we do with it.

This describes what Kynzen Labs LLC does with information collected through kynzen.io. It is written to match what the site actually does rather than to cover every possibility, so it will be updated as the site changes.

If you submit the application form, we collect your name and email address, and your phone number, company, and website if you choose to provide them.

The form also asks about your business: whether you are a clinician, whether you have a clinician committed, what stage you are at, which therapy category you intend to offer, which states you plan to operate in, your timeline, your budget range, and a description of what is currently blocking you.

We do not ask for and do not want patient information, protected health information, or clinical records. Please do not send them. This is a consulting engagement about your business, and nothing on this site is a treatment relationship.

If you email us or book a call, we hold whatever you put in that message or booking.

To decide whether the engagement is a fit, to prepare for a call with you, and to reply. That is the whole purpose. The budget question in particular exists so that a poor fit is told on the form rather than after a sales call.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your application is stored in a database we control, hosted by our infrastructure provider.

A notification email is sent through a third-party email provider, which necessarily processes the contents of that notification in order to deliver it.

If you book a call, the scheduling provider handles that booking under its own terms.

Those providers process the information on our behalf in order to run the service. Nobody else receives it.

We do not run advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers on this site.

We use one cookie, and only for the private administrative area of this site. It signs in the operator and carries no information about visitors. It is not set for ordinary visitors and it is not used for advertising.

When you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags, we store those tags in your browser's session storage so that we know which campaign an application came from. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. It holds the campaign tags only, never anything you type.

Applications are kept while we are considering or working on the engagement, and afterwards as a business record. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Email hello@kynzen.io and ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. There is no form and no account to log into, because the only way information reaches us is that you sent it.

Applications are transmitted over an encrypted connection and the administrative area is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise. Send us what the engagement requires and nothing more sensitive than that.

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When this changes we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
